Responsible play at SpinAlto
Playing at SpinAlto is meant as entertainment, with money you can spare and time you have set aside for it. As soon as one of those two no longer holds, it is time to step in. Why limits set in advance work
A limit you set before you play holds at the moment you need it. A limit you only want to set after a losing streak usually gets postponed. That is why we advise everyone to set a deposit limit and a session length right after registering, even if you never expect to reach them. Raising is always possible, but only after a 24-hour wait; lowering takes effect immediately.
Signs to take seriously
- You play longer than you planned and put other things off.
- You deposit again to win back a loss.
- You hide from others how much time or money you spend playing.
- You borrow money or use money meant for fixed costs.
- You feel restless or irritable when you cannot play.
If you recognise two or more of these points, set a time-out today and talk about it with someone you trust or with one of the organisations below.

During a time-out or self-exclusion you receive no promotional mails and cannot log in. A pending withdrawal request is still processed as normal.

Protection of minors
Playing at SpinAlto is only allowed from the age of 18. Every player verifies their age with a valid ID before a withdrawal is possible. We advise parents to enable parental controls on shared devices and not to save payment details in the browser. If you suspect a minor is using an account, report it to [email protected]; the account is then blocked immediately.
